Second-hand, vintage wooden butter paddles or scotch hands, in excellent condition. Made from carved, untreated wood, these paddles are designed to create patterns on the butter, using the ridges, and to help drain residual liquid. Made in the United Kingdom during the 19th century through the mid-20th century. Each paddles measures approximately 24cm in length.
